WHAT WE BELIEVE

Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe that the Holy Bible is God’s Word. It was written by divinely inspired men and is without error. We believe the King James Version is the Bible for the English speaking people of today. II Timothy 3:15-16; II Peter 1:19-21

Christ

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ became man and died as a man, paying God’s penalty for sin, and rose from the dead three days later. Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1-2; I Corinthians 15:1-5

Salvation

We believe that man can be saved and fit for heaven only on the merits of the Lord Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for sins. Salvation being only by grace through faith. Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:24 Salvation is a free gift of God to any repentant sinner. John 1:12

The Church

We believe that the Scriptures teach that the local church is God’s institution on earth to carry out His plan to the world, which is the gospel. Acts 2:41; Matthew 28:18-20
